Product merchandising design

At The Wellness Society, I managed end-to-end product sourcing, working with overseas manufacturers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective production. I collaborated closely with CEOs to ideate and refine product concepts, leading creative direction for seasonal merchandise and making sure every design aligned with the brand’s bigger vision.

I streamlined inventory workflows to support smooth fulfillment and on-time production, and produced detailed technical design files and product specs in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to ensure accuracy throughout manufacturing.

Designed for movement and mindfulness, the Wellness Society Workout Set blends softness, structure, and a minimalist palette. The wrap top, sculpted bra, and high-rise leggings are made to flatter while staying comfortable through anything — from morning pilates to slow afternoon walks. Neutral tones and subtle branding keep the look clean, elevated, and effortlessly aligned with the Wellness Society’s calm, modern aesthetic.

Inspired by the relaxed charm of Nantucket summers, this collection blends function with quiet luxury. The Pier Pointelle Set brings breathable comfort with a soft, textured knit, while the Navy Luxe Hoodie adds a cozy, coastal contrast. The Boat Tote finishes the look with classic utility and clean, understated branding. Together, they capture wellness, warmth, and that easy sense of calm by the coast.
